Not what is promised

I have been working my way up the levels and I noticed a few times when things werent working quite right. Times when the the level would claim "no more moves" and I could see there were still moves available. When I reached level 5 I had it crash on me. I started all over again and made it to level 6 before it completely shuts down. Really dissappointing.
